Own all champions in the game, game won't let me draft because I need to own atleast 20???

So i just managed to log in, and now I cannot draft pick because of the bug stated in the title. I Own all champs in the game, game thinks i own less than 20.

Riot is a small indie company though, so I understand if it takes you a while to fix this issue.
