How did my Hecarim Dash hit this body-blocked minion?

You see my turn into the target AFTER it's totally body blocked. THen, after everything is committed to, my E either switched targets, or it selected the body blocked minion, which was not in my field of view, as the recipient of my dash damage. I've never ever seen this before. I've seen frames get in my way, such as someone hiding behind big towers so I can't click them. I've never see something hidden from view ever, EVER get clicked on until today.

Can someone explain if I am wrong, or is this just a bug? This looks like it could be exploited repeatably if someone ever got enough practice in it while taking damage in waves.
