Thresh ult doesn't do dmg if you die which I remember distinctly it still doing dmg in the past
Especially if other things that still do damage after you die (Lux E) that are basic abilities, it's weird an ult won't. But I'm wondering at this point if Riot pays devs for a specific job of writing in bugs.
