[CLIENT] Sorting groups of friends up and down

In order to organize your friends list, you can create groups. Great. Usually it's convenient to have these groups above the "General" group, which is the default group where friends go when you add them. To this end, right-clicking on a group gives options to move them up or down on the list.

Sometimes the groups "get stuck" and won't move up past the "General" group. Renaming them seems to un-stick them.
