[GAMEPLAY] Kai'sa's W currently gives no AP scaling even though it should.

Not much to say, playing Kai'sa in OFA shows this. As you can see, I have 100+ AP, but my W is getting no scaling from that (barring the transformation requirement, which works as it should).

This is the case. Tested in practice tool. The tool tip shows no bonus being gained from AP but the damage still goes up normally.
