[GAMEPLAY] Kai'sa's W currently gives no AP scaling even though it should.

Not much to say, playing Kai'sa in OFA shows this. As you can see, I have 100+ AP, but my W is getting no scaling from that (barring the transformation requirement, which works as it should).
