ARAM with Aatrox, several times in combat with enemy champs my passive didn't proc the revive even though it was off CD. Happened several times except for first death (roughly about 7 of the 11 deaths shown).
Helmight1 votesWere you Hellbent when you died? Aatrox's passive won't proc unless he's got a fully stacked Blood Well, regardless of whether or not he's in combat with an enemy champion.
Nalisai1 votesHis recently revised passive says that the blood well fills completely when in combat with enemy champions. As soon as I hit one of them the well should be full, and was, but the passive didn't proc. I left the link for Riot employees to replay the match and see what went on.

You have to completely fill the well to get the revive. Being in combat with champions only keeps the well full, it doesn't fill it.
