Unable to check scoreboard on Butcher's Bridge [CRASH]

Everytime I try to check the scoreboard on the new aram map it freezes my game for a couple minutes and sometimes leaves me with everything on screen being discolored until it crashes. All I have to do is press tab to bring up the scoreboard at any point during the match and my client will freeze. I have tested this 5+ times and it has happened every single time. I can play the entire match fine without crashing as long as I don't press tab to bring it up. I am not having this issue on Summoner's Rift, it is only butchers bridge. I do not know if it is something with the map itself or just the new HUD on aram.

My computer specs:

iMac 24-inch, Early 2009 Processor 2.93 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Memory 8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 256 MB Software OS X 10.9.5 (13F1077)

Please fix this, I really wanna be able to play aram but I keep checking the scoreboard either out of habit or by accident. This is really affecting my gameplay. This is what my screen looked like while discolored.
