Been forced to redownload client 80% of the time that I start league

I get the error "We have restored this installation blah blah blah" and then it redownloads the client, the download is only about 82mb but it is annoying that it happens 80% of the time and even more annoying since I am still using the legacy client and the bug seems to be related to the new client.
