Why is Janna ult no longer knocking back through walls?

is this intended or a bug? i don't remember any patch notes telling this, so why is janna ult no longer knocking back enemies through walls like lee sin ult, alistar W, or any similar spells?

please fixe this already because it's annoying to lose because of this

This was patched last year i think. I got pissed of on it back then but its not rly a problem anymore.
