ARAM Ranked Border Loading Screen - bugged

I think the Ranked border in ARAM is broken. I'm not 100% sure what it is supposed to display (as in, not sure which Mode's border it is supposed to use). However, I'm certain it's not supposed to rotate which border to display, or show borders inconsistently, sometimes none at all.

When I play an ARAM game, I see a mix of borders every time I play. My Ranks between 5's solo, 3's, 5's Flex, TFT are a mix of Gold and Plat. When I play ARAM, some times I see gold, sometimes I see plat, sometimes I see no border. Something must be wrong?

If I had a Vote, I think ARAM and any rotated game mode, should just display the highest border, including TFT eligible border since this is a random mode. It does show TFT now, just randomly.
