Rakan is buggy af

I thought it was just my internet at first, because sometimes my abilities would fire in slightly different directions. Or I'd use an ability and it just flat out wouldn't get used. But the other day I ulted as Rakan and helped kill the enemy ADC near tri bush, and two seconds later it came off CD and I could use it again. Now that I know it's Rakan being buggy I'll look out and try to record it, but it's sort of hard to record abilities not being used because me pressing "E" for example isn't gonna show up in the recording.

Was just wondering if anyone else has noticed things like this?
