Duskblade Bug - Bonus Damage Post Mortem

This is a really consistent issue, but more-so happens when a ranged champion (like Quinn or Miss Fortune) take Duskblade. The bonus damage occurs with 100% consistency every time an auto attack of their own lands after they are already dead. It has nothing to do with vision of them but can easily net them unwarranted retaliation kills just because they happened to throw an auto out in the right moment.

Any chance on this finally getting fixed?
