[BUG] Tahm + relic + devour = no gold/execute

Today I was in lane as support. I had with a charge. I ate my adc to save him, then killed a low-hp siege minion next to us to give some much-needed life to my adc.

Imagine my surprise when the siege died without triggering my gold/life proc on relic! If Tahm is intended to be a support, he should definitely be able to save his adc while using support items. I'm certain my adc was in range since he was literally inside of my belly.
