Black Market Brawlers [Gameplay]

The problem is that when I slay a "large monster" in the jungle, doesn't matter which one because it applies to EVERY camp. I don't get a Krakken.

1. I did have over 20-30 Krakken when I noticed it.

2. I was playing Shyvana.

3. I then went around BOTH jungles and slayed every camp at least once and Dragon and only saw the 60 second increase and none from slaying the large monsters.
