W/L Bug, and Amount of Game played recorded lost correct count

Why is it showing me everyone got perfect win and no loss in their W/L?

When hovering over someone's Ranked in their profile it show you how many game they have played and win but loss, somehow it is bug and showing that they have perfect Win Ratio with no loss at all

Look at a dude with over 500 game and it said he has all 500 won game. WTF?! fixed this shit and Also the game isn't keeping up with how many actual game we have played. The client said I have 595 game played but when I looked at other sites such as LoLSkill/LoLKing it said I have less game than that by 5-10 game less at least.
