The bug: When Sylas activates Jax's ultimate, he loses the passive portion of the ultimate despite the active part still ticking down it's buff. This does not happen with similar ults such as Udyr's.

Udyr’s ult damage isn’t actually a passive, but moreso a form change. For Jax, you have it whether you activate ult or not.
