The bug: When Sylas activates Jax's ultimate, he loses the passive portion of the ultimate despite the active part still ticking down it's buff. This does not happen with similar ults such as Udyr's.

Udyr’s ult damage isn’t actually a passive, but moreso a form change. For Jax, you have it whether you activate ult or not.

The bonus damage every 3rd hit is a passive tied to Jax's ultimate. So this should not be disabled until the ult buff actually ends - not when it begins.

I see. So he gains the passive until he uses jax’s ult. I’d say it’s sort of working as intended, since you lose jax’s ult once you use it, even if only during the duration of his ult.
