You still can't gift Chromas with the New Client

This sucks because I have a lot of friends I want to gift the Bronze Darius chroma to when the season ends. I'd love to be able to gift Chromas, and with the rune rework and giant chroma sale coming up, it'd be nice to be able to gift them when that time comes
