LeBlanc icon stuck on the minimap

I was in a game today where I saw the enemy LeBlanc's champion icon appear on the minimap and get stuck there for some time.

The icon persisted for at least a minute (I'm unsure exactly when it disappeared again), and was visible to other players on my team (because they commented/reacted around it.)

The bug does not appear in the replay, and as far as I could tell LB had not been in the location where her icon showed around the time that it appeared there (she had been somewhat nearby, but not in the exact location.)
