accidental mimimap clicks

not sure if this really counts as a bug or not, but i noticed recently that many abilities with low range can be cast on the minimap. i think the mimimap ability casts should only really work for abilities that have like 2000+ range, because i find myself accidentally clicking the minimap when casting an ability, and my ability goes in the wrong direction. i have been playing khazix recently and its really embarrassing when you go in for a gank, then just leap out instead of in.
