Heimei's running animation gets jittery

When he has the homeguard buff and is moving around turrets, his rocket keeps popping in and out of his hair.

Also, he doesn't get the speed boost when near destroyed towers, not sure if that's a buff but it seems like a bug.

On a personal note, the range on his speed buff is too small and the speed doesn't really do much in most match ups.
