Is anyone else having issues with left click no longer working?

It's bound to Move Click, but it no longer moves. If I try to rebind it, it no longer will bind.

actually been seeing this a lot in other programs too

is it possibly a windows update?

I have had a LOT of problems with left click button ever since the last update, but only in the shop. Sometimes I have to click quite a few times before it responds. It never happens with camera or player control though.
