[Crash] End game screen crash

So, whats often been happening with me is that the end game screen will freeze, then 1 of 2 things might happen.

1. The game stays frozen, until I Alt+Tab, open up Task Manager, and end the process or
2. The game will just crash, give me a bug splat, and ask me to rejoin the game (then I'll have to rejoin, wait ~10 seconds, and then end the process)

The only thing I can think of that might trigger this is that I tend to press the "Continue" button before it appears.
