Tryndamere Died during Ultimate from skirmisher smite - warwick ult.

Step 1: Pick tryndamere and warwick, get devourer with skirmisher's sabre on warwick Step 2: Lower tryndamere to the point warwick's ultimate with skirmisher's sabre (use smite) would kill tryndamere Step 3: Activate tryndamere's ultimate Step 4: Fix bug

I was fighting a warwick, he suppressed me, i ulted at the last second and died. My cooldown was 90 seconds when I died (It's cooldown at rank 3, the cooldown would be 85 seconds when I died if it had just run out so that obviously didn't happen (had no cooldown reduction)), i basically died instantly after using my ultimate. I believe that the cause of my death was a bug with the skirmisher's blade's true damage when you smite a champion.
