Sion Able to change Q Direction While Charging

Steps to reproduce:

1: Charge up a Q (As Sion) 2: Have an enemy root you (Tested with Amumu Ult) Have Amumu Ult you 3: Spam a different direction while the ult is ending 4: Your axe will have changed direction towards your cursor

This is not a visual bug. It allows you to damage and stun in the new direction.
