[Gameplay] Nocturne fear dosent drop the armor/MR from scuttler

So for some weird reason nocturne fear dosent drop the armor And MR from scuttler (from 60 to 10)

while shaco BOX and fiddle Q remove the 50 armor from scuttler!! is that a bug with shaco and fiddle? or its a bug with nocturne?
