[GAMEPLAY] Windspeaker's Blessing

EDIT: I just tested with Taric. Level 1, with Windspeaker's Blessing, my self-heal worked for 92. Then I started a new custom game with Thunderlord's Decree instead of Windspeaker's Blessing, and my self-heal was only 84.

So, this in-game description is incorrect:

Your shields and heals on allied champions (excluding yourself) are 10% stronger and increase your target's resistances by 15% for 3 seconds.

The in-game tooltip needs to be changed to match the mastery builder tooltip, which states that all of your heals/shields are increased by 10%, but only allies receive the 15% resistances boost for 3 seconds.

Windspeaker's Blessing, in the mastery builder inside the client, says:

Your heals and shields are 10% stronger. Additionally, your shields and heals on other allies increase their resistances by 15% for 3 seconds.

So:

  1. Your heals and shields are 10% stronger.
  2. When healing or shielding an ally, they get a 15% resistance bonus.

When playing a match, it says:

Your shields and heals on allied champions (excluding yourself) are 10% stronger and increase your target's resistances by 15% for 3 seconds.

So all effects only work on other allies.

As you can see, one of these is wrong. Which is bugged and which is correct? It makes a huge difference.

Thanks!

Where is the bug? Is it the excluding yourself part because that is implied .

Very annoying bug. I have to explain to my team why I take it on Vlad every game. How hard is it to fix the in-game text?
