Irelia E Aim Bug (not casting in the right direction as intended)

Wondering if anyone else ran into this?? I was vs a jax who was using counterstrike here and there, and I was holding target champs only for two of the times it happened. Could be related ??? I casted both Es pretty quickly but the second E kept coming out in a COMPLETELY RANDOM spot, kinda seemed like it was on the opposite side of one of the two vertical lines if you were to draw a square around irelia with the first E being the corner of the square. It was way off!!! Just wondering if anybody else ran into this, could be my mouse/pc or something, irdfk.
