Another Lost 4v5 Because Earlier Spawning Biscuits Don't Allow Remakes

Second time since the change to biscuits spawning earlier that I've had a game unable to be remade because of them.

Just had a game where our Jinx never connected but had biscuits so the game counted it as they purchasing an item so we couldn't Remake therefore we lost a 4v5.

It is fairly clearly and obviously the issue as any other remake I've had the person did NOT have biscuits and we could remake. Both instances of this happening now since the change both people had biscuits so the game clearly thinks they are a purchase and counts the person as not afk at that point as they get it before the remake can be triggered. Fix this, it is tilting and is just a free loss and really frustrating.
