Death Recap in ARAM off

I do not have screen shots (bad me), but in my recent game as Zac in aram (just before 9:20 pm CST), I noticed several curious death recaps.

First one I noticed: Said Renekton did 918 true dmg from Ignite (?????). We were around 6-8 at the time. Ignite does not do that much dmg and he was the only one on the team with ignite. Second one I noticed: It said that Ashe did 1170 true dmg from Basic Attacks. Third one: Only sivir had done dmg to me to kill me, but it displayed 6 different abilities just overlapped on top of each other.

It still let's you flash for a few frames after you die so you still flash after death
