[GAMEPLAY] Creep Block / Pathing Bug

In this Video I click my champ to leave around the right side of the right most minion.

I'm just about to pass the wave when the game decides that the visually open path to the right is suddenly closed off and moves my champ back around the left.

Then it gets further confused and tries to move MF back around the right again before finally exiting left.

While this is happening a tower is freely blasting away and I nearly die through no fault of my own.

You can see I clearly move in a straight line to the right. My champ is then taken completely out of my control, turning and abruptly going to the left, then spazzing out right then left on a minion.
