[Gameplay] Teemo's E poison doesnt proc spell theifs
Tested numerous times. Other poison effects proc the item but teemo's E does not.
is this intended?

This pisses me off too, as someone who does very good in a support role with Teemo I would like his poison to match every other poison/dot in the game and proc spellthiefs.
This is because his e technically isn't considered an ability, that's why deathfire and thunderlord's doesn't proc off of his poison
