Noticed this bug resurfaced. This originally happened a few patches back, and i reported it. Now it is back. Upgraded Mobility Boots to Homeguard Enchantment while i was playing Thresh. I buy them, and i did NOT get the speed boost you get after leaving the store/shop.
You do have to he in the center platform area of the fountain, if you are on the stairs or father out you will not get the boost. Not sure what you did but I do know that much for sure. Not trying to be rude either btw, just informative.
Were you standing in the fountain, or just on the fountain stairs? You have to go all the way to the fountain to get the buff. You can shop farther away from fountain than that, so you might have just bought them when you were too far away to get the buff.
you have to be in the center of the fountain, being in the stairs dont give you the bonus
if its not that, well then it may be a bug ;)
I've had the issue but only after buying a B.F. Sword. I'd recall, buy B.F. Sword and I wouldn't get the Homeguard bonus.
