Bots Chat Bug

Simple bug that has been going on for a long time. And while relatively inconsequential is none the less annoying.

Play a bots game. They chat at the start and end, one line at the start and end for two champions on the roster. Typically something thematic like Warwick saying "I'll eat your heart out" or something like that. Issue is that whoever is first in the Bots line up, says all the lines, so it's quite silly to hear like Lux say she'll eat my heart out.

Anyway, not a big deal but it hasn't been fixed and has been ongoing for like 2 months probably or longer so I just figure I'd post it. I know bots isn't that important in the grand scheme of things and the fact that its not a gameplay issue makes it even less so but I swear we waited like 4 months to get the AFK top lane bot fixed. Totally not fair.
