Visual Bugs on Fiora

Not the first time this has happenned so I guess its actually a bug and not a one time ocurrence.

Two things that happen, first of all, when you Lunge, or Q, whatever through a wall and get stunned or rooted (this one might not be 100% true) you get the crowd control effect, but you get stucked on a weird Lunge animation till you die.

Second one is waaaay more common, sometimes there will be 2 vital marks on a target, and just one if them is an actual vital. This is actually incredibly common, happenned to me 3 times on a match and has happenned a lot in 5.21 that I can remember. It's kinda... bad cause that's all your purpose as Fiora, so, hope it's fixed.
