Teemo's blind; Not blinding at all.

Just played a game as Teemo, and noticed that every time I used my Blinding Dart on the enemy Vayne, she still hit with every auto attack. At first I thought maybe just her Q was interacting funny and still going through, but I started watching for the rings around me every time she auto'd. It was indeed everything she hit me with; Every auto, every Q hit me even while "blinded". Didn't get a chance to try this on any other champions (I was support Teemo for a friend), but I'm assuming that it's just not blinding anything.

If it helps, I was using the Omega Squad Teemo skin and she was using the Archlight Vayne skin.
