Hextech Repair App crashes the Windows Explorer if right clicked?

Whenever I right click (To open it with Administrator privileges), It will crash the Windows Explorer and ill have to force it to close and restart. When I tried it on my Desktop, it did the same thing and I couldnt go back to my Desktop for a minute. (i'm using Windows 7)
