[GAMEPLAY] Visual bug with Sion and Relic Shield

This bug has existed since Sion's rework, but if you die while having stacks of relic shield or its upgrades, the blue orbs won't disappear during passive. When you respawn new orbs are made on top of the old ones. Die a few times with and the result is that you see a dozen or so blue orbs circling you instead of just 4.
