How Do You Select Chroma Skins On The New Champ Select?

(Reposting this in the right section this time because IR DUM.)

I like the new Champion Select for the most part but, like the subject says, I have the Chroma skins for Cassiopia and Morgana but on the new Champ Select screen I don't see an option to switch from the base skin to them?

Is this something that was overlooked, has the option for it not been implemented yet, or is it a bug?
