[Gameplay] DCing causes all bounty hunter stacks to vanish, cant be restacked

The bug: Disconnecting and reconnecting causes you to lose all bounty hunter stacks, and disables further stacking / restacking them.

Where was the bug found: Ascension, blind draft.

Steps to reproduce: Enter a match. Gain 1 to 5 stacks on bounty hunter. Disconnect and reconnect.
