Store Took My IP, Gave Wrong Number Of Glyphs

I bought 3 Cooldown Glyphs with the 2700 IP I had left. I bought them all at the same time as well. I left the store, went to my Rune page, and recieved none. I saw my IP at the top was not changed so I figured it was a bug.

I closed the app, reopened and still had 2700 IP. Went to the shop, and I was only able to buy 1 Cooldown Glyph. Now I only have 86 IP and 1 Glyph. How can I fix this? This took me over 4 days to save up.
