[CLIENT] Client Crashing during champion select AGAIN Redux

I thought they fixed this bug last patch. My connection is normal and it still says fucking 0 in champ select and then the client reconnects and I get awarded a dodge.

I get NO responses from Riot when I contact support and I'm sick of it.
