Essence Reaver not working as intended.

Although i think its bs that riot is trying to make sure that crit carry's want for nothing with warlords blood lust healing you and giving attack speed when you crit and Essence Reaver giving you mana and cdr when you crit and the combination of Phantom Dancer and Death's Dance both reducing damage you take one to stop burst and the other to help in a sustained fight while providing crit. I like to be fair. In the Intrest of fairness I noticed while Playing Shaco on ARAM last game that essence has a unique passive of 10% cdr and also has the ability to grant 20% cdr from crit chance from other sorces. but as i looked at my stats when i pressed C as i bought Essence Reaver I had 10% cdr which i should have had but i noticed that the little indicator where Essence Reaver showed that you get cdr from crit chance says that it has 10% cdr. Which means that the Unique passive 10% cdr isnt working and the item is instead pulling the cdr from its own crit chance. Meaning that you max out at 20% cdr at 30% crit chance including Essence Reaver when the item is supposed to give 20% cdr from bonus crit chance + its own 10% cdr. It may be that the item isnt working as intended and it may be that its reading wrong. Excuse my possible badly worded words and poorly constructed sentences.
