[Gameplay] Kindred Get's locked out of marking enemy champs randomly EVEN WITHOUT DISCONNECTING.

So I saw that a hotfix came out for Kindred, I was hoping the bug I experienced was going to get fixed, but nope, just after disconnecting is it fixed apparently. Not when we're in the middle of a game where the mark box RANDOMLY disappears and only returns after some RANDOM amount of time later, between the 30 second to 3 minute mark usually (Which is absurdly long). Please Fix this bug quickly.
