Stuck in Load-In: Not an Internet Problem

Both I, and my friends, have experienced this bug. You reach 100% and the game freezes while everyone else loads in. The only solution is to reset your computer and boot League back up. It shows up one out of every ten games and guarantees a loss.

Oh this is a bug that's been in the game since the last update. Yeah Riot themselves openly stated (In their only statement on the issue btw) that this is a bug that they have no idea how it starts or how/when they are gonna to be able to fix it.
