Client overlaps client

The last game I went into, the league client kept popping up over the league game. It happened about 10 times before i just moved it to the corner of my screen so that I could actually play the game, and it sat there the entire game. I have turned on the "close client during games" function in the settings, but I havent had the chance to see if itll help any.
