Elise rappel/fizz ult
so is Elise supposed to be able to be untargetable in her rappel or not? Because fizz ult on elise still hits elise when she is untargetable.

untargetable for new effects. Fiz is ult is already attached so the damage still happens. Now if the fish was attached to someone else and you jumped to dodge the AOE you would be safe.
The 2 skills are not even close to being the same even though they look like they are.

Think of it like this: Fish Sticks to You...And Shark Eats Fish....Therefore, Shark eats You. It's kinda your fault anyway because you can rappel to dodge the skillshot of the fish itself before getting stuck with it on yo' ass.
