HUD Update

So with the new HUD update, I figure this would be the appropriate time to bring up an issue I have found within the settings. I use the free-camera setting. I also like to have the "enable smooth camera" on. Unfortunately, at the beginning of EVERY SINGLE GAME I have to go into settings and turn it on. What I don't understand, is that all of my other settings stay as I have last left them, yet I have to turn this on every time. Annoying to say the least, but still, the settings should stay and not revert back to some default.

Also, why are the settings in spectate mode still linked to settings for in-game mode? Why do changes I make in spectate mode impact (mostly negatively) my settings when I am actually playing? And when I am in spectate mode, my bound key "C" doesn't bring up the champion stats. It shows that it is bound, but nothing happens when I select a champion and press it.

Lastly, why are there settings that seem irrelevant for in-game mode vs. spectate mode. Specifically one example, I can adjust the scroll speed to using the arrow keys for in-game (which I personally never use) but no such setting exists for spectate mode, which is the exact place where I would be scrolling with the arrow keys to move through the map.
