Tahm Kench W regurgitate Fails to become projectile.

When Tahm attempts to fire a minion (or other launch-able unit) that was near death when devoured the minion will instead die at Tahm's feet.

Recreation:

1. Devour a minion that has <10% health left; the lower the better.
2. Re-cast devour (regurgitate)

~40% of the time this will result in the unit failing to be launched. Instead, the unit will immediately play its death animation directly in front of Tahm. No particles will display and no damage will be dealt.
