happens if they leave after they connect, basically people have this misconception that they can just leave, or some bullshit like "IF YOU NEVER MOVE WE CAN REMAKE"
none of that shit is true
they have to basically alt f4 while loading in the very first time if they want a remake to happen.
The way it works is before 1:30, if the player is considered afk or disconnected. It will prompt a remake at 3 minutes.
After 1:30, rip.
