If Sylas uses Cho'gath's ultimate on any unit just as the unit dies, Sylas gets no stack for Chogath's ultimate but the ultimate still goes on cooldown - meaning Sylas has to wait around 3 minutes to regain Chogath's ultimate despite it not having been used.

Same issue on cho gath. It's how the ability interacts not a bug.
